Covo SF Mobile Key Install Instructions (For Use Instructions, click here)

1. Download and install the appropriate Isonas "Pure Mobile" app for your iPhone or Android device by searching in the app store or using the following link:

For iphone:   Isonas Pure Mobile App (iTunes store)
For Android: Isonas Pure Mobile App (Google Play store)

2. After installing, open the app
3. Click the 3 dot icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app
4. Click "View Device id." You will see a 14-digit alphanumeric Device id. Your screen should look like this:

5. Inform a Covo staff member in person or via email that you would like them to add your mobile phone to their member account. Give them your 14-digit id.
6. Once the staff member adds you to the network, you will be able to use your phone to unlock doors!

1. Open the Isonas app on your phone. There is only one button. It will either say "Inactive" or "Ready
2. If the button says "Inactive," turn on bluetooth on your phone. It should now read "Ready."
3. Hold your phone up to the card reader next to the door you'd like to open.
4. The "Ready" button should change to "Tap to Send."
5. Click "Tap to Send." The door should unlock. If it doesn't, try clicking "Tap to Send" a second time. If it still doesn't work, ask for help from a Covo staff member.
